You can delete your Pazumi account and its associated data at any time, free of charge.
From the app (fastest)
- Open Pazumi and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- At the very bottom, under Danger zone, tap Delete my account, then confirm.
Without access to the app
Email privacy@pazumi.com from your account’s email address, with the subject “Account deletion”. For your security, we may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We process the request within 30 days at the latest.
What is deleted
- your account, your profile (name, username, photo, email) and your preferences;
- your private lists and your archives;
- your progress (points, levels, badges), notifications and invitations.
What is kept, and for how long
- 30-day cooling-off period: deletion becomes final 30 days after your request. During that period, you can cancel it from Settings.
- Shared lists: items you added remain visible to the other members, without your name (“deleted user”). If you were the owner, the list is transferred to the longest-standing member.
- Backups: your data disappears from backups no later than 35 days after final erasure.
- Legal obligations: some security logs may be kept for up to 2 years, without the content of your lists.
Export your data before leaving
Settings → Privacy → Export my data: you get a file with all your information.
